     HOW TO ORDER FOR 24-HOUR CURBSIDE PICKUP
    *Note: There is a $30.00 minimum order for curbside pickup.

    The 24-hour curbside pickup location is at the corner of Queen St. W. and Vanauley St.

    (*Customers with registered accounts get a free edible or cannabis gift with every purchase) 

    Payments  You will receive your payment instructions during checkout and in your order confirmation email.

     Payments for curbside pick-up can be made via Interact e-Transfer. (Preferred Method) can be made in cash, or by debit, or with most major credit cards. If you wish to use a method other than e-transfer, please state your method of payment in the order notes and we will process your order as such. 

     1. To place an order simply browse through our Shop and add your products to your cart. We recommend creating an account so that you can get something free with every purchase, save your cart, and add to your wish list. (*Customers with registered accounts get a free edible or cannabis gift with every purchase) 

    Choose the Curbside Pickup Option during checkout. (Place your order before coming to the curbside pickup location. We require 15 minutes to process your order)

     2. You will receive an email notification that your order is awaiting curbside pickup. Wait for the email notification that your order is awaiting curbside pickup, then proceed to the curbside pickup location

    3. The 24-hour curbside pickup location is at the corner of Queen St. W. and Vanauley St. Note: Vanauley St. is two (2) streets west of Spadina Ave off Queen St W. (see a picture of the Curbside Pickup location at the top of the HOW TO ORDER PAGE)

    Upon arrival, have your order number ready. Call 647-607-5040 and tell us your name or order number and an associate will bring out your order directly to you in 5 minutes or less.
     

     HOW TO ORDER FOR 24-HOUR EXPRESS DELIVERY
    *Note: There is a $75.00 minimum order for delivery

    Payments for delivery can only be made via Interact e-Transfer. ( Exception are made for delivery to tourist at hotels) You will receive your payment instructions during checkout and in your order confirmation email. Please note the payment instructions. (*Customers with registered accounts get a free edible or cannabis gift with every purchase)

     1. Shop and Place your Order online and Choose the Delivery Option during checkout. (Delivery Takes approximately 30 minutes to 90 minutes depending on your location - We require 15 minutes to process your order)

    2. You will receive an email confirmation that your order is PENDING for Delivery. This means that we have received your order and your e-transfer and your order is being processed.

    3. The delivery driver will contact you by phone or text upon arrival so that you can come out and get your order. Please have your order number ready.

  • HOW TO ORDER FOR CANADA-WIDE MAIL ORDER

    Canada Wide Mail Order
    1. Shop
     and Place your Order online and Choose Canada-Wide Mail Order Option during checkout
    2. Wait for an email confirmation that your order is being process.
    3. You will be contacted by email and you will receive confirmation of payment and a tracking number for you order.

     Shipping is completed via Canada Post and is available Canada Wide, including the GTA. All shipping orders will be processed within 1-2 business day(s). Tracking codes are automatically provided when your order is shipped. Most orders placed and paid for before 12:00PM EST are shipped out the same day! We guarantee delivery on all parcels. If your package is missing, we will work with you & Canada Post to ensure we find a solution.
    *Most local GTA orders are delivered before 10PM. However, on occasion, deliveries may run later if there is a high volume of orders, heavy traffic, or other unforeseeable events.

    Canada-Wide Shipping   Orders shipped everyday. All shipping orders will be processed within 1 business day. Tracking codes are automatically provided when your order is shipped. Most orders placed and paid for before 12:00PM EST are shipped out the same day! Orders are accepted and fulfilled (delivered or shipped) 7 days a week.

    Shipping is completed via Canada Post or FedEx (recommended) and is available Canada Wide, including the GTA. All shipping orders will be processed within 1 business day. Tracking codes are automatically provided when your order is shipped. Most orders placed and paid for before 12:00PM EST are shipped out the same day!     I Received the Wrong Items or Items are Missing
    While we have strict quality control measures in place, there are times when an order may be packed incorrectly, or a replacement was provided if an item is out of stock. We strongly recommend that you take pictures of your order when it arrives to ensure there aren’t any discrepancies. Our team also catalogues all orders before they are packed as a final check. If your items are missing or you received the wrong item, please reach out to us with pictures or a video and our team will investigate further.

    Refund or Exchange
    In order for an item to be refunded or exchanged we require that all customers reach out to us within two days of receiving their items. Please provide a summary of the issue as well as supplementary pictures or videos.
    For prepackaged products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the bag or container seal has been broken or opened.
    We will handle each request on a case-by-case basis. Please note that for a full refund to be issued we require that the items be sent back to us.
